We both feel we had a positive and amazing birth experience following this course. Our little boy was born naturally with the use of the pool and gas and air.

My waters broke at home at 5.45. I stayed at home using breathing techniques. We went into the hospital at 9.30am to be 6cms dilated already. With using the same breathing techniques and focused approach our beautiful baby boy Dougie was born at 1.30pm. We honestly can’t thank Victoria enough and we highly recommend The British Birthing Academys Hypnobirthing course.
